At Gladiator Nutritions, we value your trust and satisfaction. While we ensure the highest quality in our products, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to return or exchange an item. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons.
  • Only products purchased directly from https://gladiatornutritions.in are eligible under this policy.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used supplements.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions marked as “Non-Returnable.”
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request
    • Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery at:
    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if required).
  2. Approval & Pickup
    • Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
    • The product must be handed over in its original packaging.
  3. Inspection & Confirmation
    • Upon receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it.
    • If the product passes inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, you may exchange your product for another item of equal value.
  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the replacement item has a lower value, the balance will be refunded as per our refund policy.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.
